The networking opportunities and credit union contacts made were priceless. I have a great deal of respect for the HR professionals I met at the conference.

The networking opportunities are endless regardless of your employment level. The keynote speakers at all the conferences I've attended were well worth the trip every time.

The HR/TD Conference delivered the type of experience that reconfirms we are willing to help our fellow CU member overcome whatever challenges they are facing. Not only was the networking opportunities outstanding but the sessions offered addressed current and future issues that we all are facing. It helps you to focus better on the critical issues that are impacting your CU. There is a development process that takes place when you are learning with and from your peers.

This conference provided a little something for everyone! Currently, my position oversees the TD, but my career plan is to move more into HR. I was able to expand my knowledge and network with people in both areas. It was engaging and relevant...worth every penny!

As a first time attendee, I was looking for a conference that intertwined the HR and credit union world. The CUNA HR/TD Council Summit was perfect!

I found the HR/TD Conference in Boston, MA to be very beneficial. It was inspirational, infomrational, and the format and time allocation for the conference was perfect. I traveled by car, gathered some helpful information, and was inspired at the general sessions presented by Penelope Trunk and Doug Nielson.

I cannot believe what I've been missing! As a first time attendee to the conference this year I was amazed at the content of information. Also being in one place with so many HR professionals from the credit union industry was extremely beneficial. If there is only one conference you can attend, it should be this one.

A great experience, I would encourage all HR/Training managers to attend. From a professional standpoint, the networking opportunities will prove invaluable. From a providing service to internal customers' standpoint, your "clients" will appreciate the "fresh" ideas you bring back with you.

The CUNA HR/TD Conference provided a great opportunity to network with my professional colleagues while letting be gain information on relevant issues within my credit union.

If you attend only once conference a year, this is it! You have the opportunity to keep your HR SKA up to date. Workshops provide you with strategies and information that are already working for other credit unions that you can apply immediately and ideas to focus upon for the future of your credit union. Networking provides invaluable resources from other credit union HR and Training Professionals who are more than willing to share their success with you.

The HR/TD Council gives HR professionals the opportunity to share our everyday HR and training experiences/policies/advice with our peers in a most professional and friendly environment. This council definitely displays the philosophy of "People Helping People".

A huge success again! The Executive Committee really cares about us and give their best to make sure every little detail is thought out well! I am never disappointed and come back to work re-energized, re-focused, and ready to implement new things! It is certainly a wonderful reminder to me how very important the HR/TD function is for the success of the company, and that there is always more we can do to make it better for our employees. We continue to learn new ways at the conference, and with all the council resources!

This was my first year at the conference and I found the entire conference informative and helpful. I appreciate the willingness of other credit unions to share best practices and help. I have a list of ideas that I wish to implement now that I'm back at the credit union.

I found the topics to be highly worthwhile and the participants engaged in the industry and in the changing HR landscape.

I have gained so much insight from networking with Council members at the conferences and through Listserv. I have loved getting to know these professionals who have been in my shoes, dealing with employee issues and with the challenges of the industry.

Actually I was surprised to see so many other HR managers struggling with the issue of getting some of their experienced staff to mentor new managers and new staff. The session with Mark Elliott addressing "ONBOARDING SUPPORT FOR NEWLY PLACED MANAGERS" was exactly what I was looking for.

This conference is one of the best that CUNA offers. I find it to be very educational and the networking is outstanding. I would recommend every credit union send at least one employee every year. It is well worth the investment.
