Tax Exemption Letter

The front desk will need to have the forms above completed in order for the city to review the request for exemption. The initial hold on the guest credit card will include both the 15% occupancy tax as well as the 2% ATID assessment. Once the request has been approved by the City of Anaheim, the tax portion of the stay will be reimbursed to the guest credit card.
