Member Spotlight: Genny Pomatto

After graduating from high school in Virginia, Genny Pomatto joined the United States Air Force.There she met her future husband, obtained her bachelor's degree using the GI Bill, and lived in Germany, Florida, Texas, and Colorado. Today she is vice president

of human resources at U.S. Postal Service Federal Credit Union. She is the mother of two sons, one of whom also joined the U.S. Air Force.

Biggest challenge

We just finished our first year of creating a sales and service culture in our credit union. Culture changes usually bring a set of difficult issues.

Networking. The ListServe also has assisted me in several projects and the annual conferences are great!

Best part of my job

Each day brings new challenges and rewards.

Balancing the needs of the employees with the needs of the credit union.
