Member Spotlight: Dick Marshall

Born and raised in Springfield, Ohio, Dick Marshall moved with his family to Baton Rouge during his senior year in high school. He later graduated from Louisiana State University and began a career in retail operations with a regional department store. Dick has been the HR manager at La Capitol Federal Credit Union in Baton Rouge for over seven years. He and his wife Judy have five children. “With five kids, our spare time is pretty much spoken for, but we enjoy our family time and are both torturing ourselves learning to play golf,” he says.
