HR/TD Council Membership Exceeds 700 Members

2007 has been an excellent year for CUNA HR & Training and Development Council membership. “We started the year with 656 members and have added 82 new members since then. That's a 12% increase,” said Tammy Trudelle, VP - Human Resources for Forth Worth Community CU in Bedford, Texas and Chair of the HR/TD Membership Committee. "It's a great accomplishment for any organization. We are on a roll with membership and I expect that we will exceed 800 members in 2008.”

Now is the perfect time for Council members to encourage their colleagues to join the Council. If they join now they will be a member not only for all of 2008, but also for the remainder of 2007, all for the cost of their 2008 dues. That is up to 15 months for the price of 12. In addition, they will get the $250 member discount at the 2008 Annual Conference at the brand new Renaissance Waterfront Hotel in Boston overlooking Boston Harbor, April 20 – 23, 2008.

Trudelle suggests that “HR/TD Council members should take this opportunity to enroll one or more of their training and HR colleagues in the Council and get the $250 member discount for the 2008 conference in Boston.”
