Member Spotlight: Philippe Asselin

Philippe Asselin is vice president of human resources for TFCU in Panama City, Florida. Born in Pensacola, Philippe has lived in more than 15 cities for family and work opportunities. He has been involved in management over 21 years and is currently pursuing his second master's degree. He and his wife have a 13-year-old son and 10-year-old daughter.

How would you explain the credit union difference to a potential new member?

Use candy. Show them how if they borrow or save some candy in a credit union, they will get some back with lower rates, refunds, or higher returns.
