Are you looking for an opportunity to become a more knowledgeable contributor in your organization? Arrive early in San Francisco for one of the special pre-conference learning labs. These unique workshops offer hands-on learning experiences on important credit union issues. To assist you with applying these fantastic learning experiences to real life examples back home, each session will feature a Future Forum/credit union liaison who will debrief the session and facilitate networking. The learning labs are:

Lessons in Leadership: Golf for Everybody. Attendees learn how the attitudes, preparation, and fundamentals practiced by expert golfers can help unlock their leadership potential. Also, participate in the “Golf for Everybody Workshop” where your golf game will be analyzed.

Paddle & Picnic: A Kayak Adventure on the Bay. You’ll be transported across the Golden Gate Bridge to Sausalito where you’ll meet a personable team of professional kayak instructors who will give you a lesson on paddling. The journey begins through Richardson Bay. Led by the knowledgeable kayak guides, you’ll learn the natural and human history of the region while viewing historic ships, private yachts, and abundant marine life.

The California Culinary Academy: An Incredible Edible Day . Here you’ll become “chef for a day” at the California Culinary Academy.
